We recently implemented a new annual benefit statement for members, which aims to make the information in the statement clearer and easier to understand.
We have recently identified some further refinements we need to make to ensure the statements are a truly useful tool to help you understand your pension and keep your retirement plans on track. We will complete these changes by the end of October, after which we will issue your statement in the post.
We will upload a digital copy to your online myRPS account in October, In the meantime, you can log in to, or register for, your myRPS account to get an estimate or use the Pension Planner (if you’re still paying into a defined benefit section of the Scheme), or the DC Retirement Modeller (if you’re a member of the Industry-Wide Defined Contribution Section).
We are sorry that it will take us a bit longer than usual to produce your annual benefit statement, but we believe making these changes will make things clearer for you and better support you with your retirement planning.
