The Helpline is open 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is closed on bank holidays.
When calling, please quote your Pension Reference Number. You can find this on the 'Membership details' page, under 'My Pension' in your myRPS account or on any correspondence from Railpen about your RPS pension.
