Improving the Virtual Assistant tool

The Virtual Assistant tool has been available on the RPS website since 2022, to help guide you to general information you need to know about your pension. However we have made the decision to remove the tool and work towards something better to improve your online experience.

 

Since the launch of the Virtual Assistant, we've taken your feedback on board. Lots of members use the tool to help navigate the website and their pension, however we are aware that the tool isn't the best it could be.

The Virtual Assistant will be removed on Thursday 13 June while we work on a new offering to help you navigate your pension. We want to make sure that whatever follows the Virtual Assistant is refined by all the feedback we have received, to make sure it's as useful as possible for you. 

We will keep you posted on new developments so please keep checking the website to stay informed, and also make sure that your details and contact preferences are up to date.
