You can also visit the blog for a deeper dive into a variety of pension topics.
In the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, you’ll notice a new icon with a speech bubble saying ‘I’m here to help’. This is your new Virtual Assistant and you can use it whenever you visit the site.
Simply select the icon and the Virtual Assistant will open. You’ll then be able to ask questions and find further information on a wide range of pension topics.
The assistant will not have access to your personal information or account details, so will not be able to give responses that are tailored to your specific circumstances. But it can help direct you to the information you need.
You can also share your feedback. To do this, use the thumbs up/down feature in the tool or select the ‘Feedback’ tab on the right of your screen if you want to give us extra details. If you cannot see a ‘Feedback’ tab, it may be because you have not have accepted the cookies for the website.
The Virtual Assistant draws the information from an in-built knowledge bank. You won’t be speaking to a call centre agent.
Don’t worry, the Helpline is still available as usual, but try the Virtual Assistant first. It’s a quicker and more convenient way to find what you need.
We’ll look at all the feedback we receive and refine the Virtual Assistant to make sure it’s as useful as possible for you and your fellow Scheme members. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for today, check back in future as we’ll be building in more and more information over time.
Got a question? Try the Virtual Assistant now!
