A huge thank you to everyone involved in our members’ group, Platform, over the past 12 months.

In 2021 alone you’ve given your feedback on a wide range of ideas and topics, helping us to improve the way we communicate with members.

This includes:

telling us how videos can help make pensions easier to understand. This led to our new video style as shown in the retirement options video.
testing a tool called MoneyFit, which could help improve financial wellness
letting us know how you’d prefer to get in touch, which helped us understand the channels we need to develop more
sharing your thoughts on your investment choices and how we name the funds. We hope to reveal the resulting names in 2022
suggesting ways to improve the Annual Benefit Statement (ABS) and we’ll be taking those ideas into account
Your views on sustainable ownership and what’s important to you when it comes to ethical and socially responsible investing.
