Share your pension story to help others

A request for members to tell us their pension stories
Would you like your pension planning skills to inspire others to save wisely for their future?

Or maybe you’d prefer your tale to warn people of the risks of not saving enough when younger? 

We all learn by example and pension planning is no different. Wouldn’t it be rewarding to know that your personal experience has helped colleagues to build a better future? 

Whatever your pension story, if you’re happy to share it and have some advice to offer to others along the way, then we’d be keen to hear from you.

We’re searching for a lively couple (or single member) to be featured in our next Review newsletter this summer, along with your views on pensions, plans for retirement, career and interests. 

You’ll need to email us straight away at review@railpen.com with your name, address, telephone number and a brief outline of your story and your advice to colleagues. 

If your email is of interest, then one of the editorial team will be in touch by telephone to ask you a few more questions and you’ll be asked to send us a photograph. 

We will then write a short article on your pension experiences and send it back to you for your approval. Once approved, you will be notified of the publication date and printed copies of Review will be sent to you. At a later date, an online version will appear on this website. 

Please note that your story will not appear in Review or online, without your written consent.
