To make sure that you can continue to receive your pension from the Railways Pension Scheme, you should check with your bank to find out if this affects you, if they haven’t been in touch with you already.
If your bank account is closing you will need to fill in what’s known as a ‘mandate form' with details of your chosen alternative bank. You can find the form you need here.
